By accessing and using Nextglas.com, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nextglas platform, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through our website.
For Learners:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Verify your email address and phone number
- Honor booking agreements and payment commitments
- Treat tutors with respect and professionalism
- Provide honest feedback after completed lessons
For Tutors:
- Submit accurate credentials and qualifications
- Complete the vetting and interview process
- Provide quality instruction as described in lesson plans
- Maintain professional conduct at all times
- Respond to booking requests within the 30-minute window
Bidding and Negotiation:
- Minimum booking rate is ₦2,000 per hour session
- All negotiations must be completed within the 30-minute window
- Final agreed prices are binding once confirmed
- Platform commission of 20% applies to successful transactions
Escrow System:
- Payments are held in escrow until lesson completion
- Learners must confirm lesson completion for payment release
- Refunds are subject to admin approval and dispute resolution
- Tutors receive payments after platform commission deduction
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Providing false information during registration or verification
- Attempting to bypass platform payment systems
- Sharing personal contact information to avoid platform fees
- Engaging in fraudulent activities or scams
- Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
- Violating Nigerian laws or regulations
- Attempting to compromise platform security or data
- Creating multiple accounts to manipulate the system
All content on the Nextglas platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Nextglas and protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws.
Lesson plans created by tutors remain their intellectual property but are licensed to Nextglas for use on the platform. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
Nextglas operates as a platform connecting learners and tutors. We are not responsible for the quality of instruction, learning outcomes, or disputes between users.
Our liability is limited to the platform fees paid for the specific transaction in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.
Nextglas reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or engage in prohibited activities. Users may also terminate their accounts at any time through their account settings.
Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately. Any pending transactions will be completed according to our payment policies.
