How do I become a tutor on Nextglas?
Start by submitting your application through our Become a Tutor page. Our team will review your credentials, schedule an interview, and guide you through the verification process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods through Paystack, including bank transfers, debit cards, and mobile money. All payments are secured through our escrow system.
How does the bidding system work?
Learners propose lesson topics and prices, then tutors can accept, decline, or counteroffer within a 30-minute window. This ensures fair pricing and quick decision-making.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes, we use bank-level encryption to protect all personal data and financial transactions. Your privacy and security are our top priorities.
What if I'm not satisfied with a lesson?
If you're not satisfied, you can report quality issues within 48 hours. Our support team will mediate and process appropriate refunds through our dispute resolution system.
